Mạng xã hội cho doanh nghiệp (ESN)

Hiện nay, nhiều  doanh nghiệp – đặc biệt là các doanh nghiệp có đông nhân viên, gồm nhiều chi nhánh ở các phạm vi địa lý khác nhau (VD Ngân hàng) đã có triển khai mạng Extranet (mạng thông tin nội bộ), tuy nhiên đây chỉ là việc truyền thông một chiều chứ chưa có sự tham gia tương tác của toàn bộ hệ thống thành viên trong các doanh nghiệp.

Triển khai Workplace và hiệu quả mang lại

ABSoltech triển khai Wp như một kênh trao đổi nội bộ chung giữa các thành viên/ các bộ phận/nhóm/dự án. Case study triển khai Wp của ABSoltech như sau:

• Mỗi phòng/bộ phận được tạo một group để trao đổi, các thành viên của phòng/bộ phận được phân quyền post bài hay không ở group.
• Mỗi group có moderator.
• Các group được set policy với các level khác nhau: VD Với các group đặc biệt liên quan tới tài chính, quản trị được set policy là secret, các group kinh doanh là close (chỉ member kinh doanh mới xem được nội dung)

• Tích hợp google  for business, chỉ cho phép các user sử dụng email nội bộ đăng nhập và sử dụng hệ thống
• Tích hợp google drive để lưu trữ và chia sẻ file tại các post
